SINO 3 Axis LED Digital Readout System DRO SDS6-3V

The SDS6-3V offers a high performance universal display console with Milling, Lathe and Grinding functions.
SDS6 Digital Readout employs the newest16 bit SCM technology, can substitute all kinds of basic function and special required function of SDS2 Series, an all-purpose DRO.
The speed of measurement is faster, and the control system is easier and smoother.Each axis can supply 40 points of non-linear compensations.

Improved Functions of Sino Digital readout DRO

Enlarge the calculator function:

Not only add the calculator function into the program of EDM, lathe, milling machines of the DRO, but also have the choice to select the number of digits behind the radix point, like 3, 4 or 5 digits to enhance the calculating phance the calculating precesion.

Non-linear error compensation:

The system has maximum 40 sections non-linear error compensation to improve the machining precision.

3. In inch display mode, the numbers of decimal digits can be chosen:

The numbers of decimal digits can be chosen as four or five. Four digits can satisfy the long scales' requirement, and five digits can be for the high precision requirements. Please review the manual for the detail about differences.
