NC600 Series Absolute Linear Encoder Enables Full Closed-Loop Control Measurement Platform (BISS-C Protocol)

 

This precision testing system comprises THINKVO drives, high-precision linear motors, and a self-developed measurement and control system, enabling ultra-high resolution precision operation at the 10 nanometer level. The system uses the NC600 absolute linear encoder equipped with the BISS-C high-speed communication protocol as the feedback unit, driving the linear motor to complete full closed loop control, effectively suppressing positioning errors and ensuring smooth and accurate movement. Utilizing high-frequency signal sampling technology, the system can rapidly acquire motion data, supporting multi-mode testing requirements. It can monitor and accurately display the positioning accuracy and dynamic accuracy of the absolute linear scale during operation in real time, providing reliable data support for performance verification, accuracy calibration, and quality inspection of the linear scale.
