The SDS6-3V is a high-performance universal display console that may be used for turning, grinding, and milling.
All of the fundamental and distinctive features of the SDS2 Series, an all-purpose DRO, may be replaced by the SDS6 Digital Readout, which makes use of the most recent 16-bit SCM technology.
The measuring speed has risen and the control mechanism is more streamlined and straightforward.All the axes together can provide up to 40 non-linear adjustment points.

Sino Digital Readout DRO Features Are Improved

Extend the calculator function: Users should be able to select the number of digits to be placed behind the radix point, such as 3, 4, or 5, in addition to the calculator function being provided to the DRO programs for the milling, lathe, and EDM machines.

Non-linear error correction: The system has up to 40 sections of non-linear error compensation to improve machining precision.

3. In inch display mode, the number of decimal digits can be chosen.

There are two possible decimal digit counts: four and five. Four digits can satisfy the requirement for long scales, and five digits can satisfy the requirement for high precision. To learn more about the changes, please consult the handbook.
