The best-selling series is SDS6-3V, which is the version with a three-axis display. That is an all-purpose DRO with a faster measuring speed and a simpler, more seamless control mechanism.

Utilizing the most recent 16-bit SCM technology, it may replace any basic function found in a variety of machine types. such as the milling machine, lathe, EDM, grinding machine, and high precision coordinate boring machine.

Up to 5MHz of high frequency A/B signal input is permitted. To improve accuracy, each axis has the capacity to provide 40 non-linear compensation points.

 

Improved Functions:

 

Expand the function of the calculator: SDS6 can increase the precision of calculations by changing the decimal digits to three, four, or five.

Non-linear error compensation: To increase the precision of the machining, the system features a maximum of 40 sections of non-linear error compensation.

Inch mode allows the user to select 4 or 5 decimal digits out of the available options. Long scale requirements can be met with four digits, and high precision display can be met with five digits.
