3 Axis SINO SDS6-3VE Multipurpose With LED DRO , EIA-422-A Signal Digital Readout Kits For EDM Machine

 

The SDS6-3VE DRO features a specialized output function designed for EDM machines, allowing it to connect to the EDM relay to control depth processing.

 

The SDS6 series DRO supports high-frequency A/B signals up to 5 MHz and utilizes the latest 16-bit SCM technology, enabling it to replace various basic functions. This versatile DRO offers faster measurement speeds and a more intuitive control system. Each axis provides 40 points of non-linear compensation to reduce errors.

 

Strengthen Functions:

  1. Calculator:The DRO allows you to adjust the decimal digits to three, four, or five, enhancing calculation precision.
  2. Non-Linear Error Compensation:It offers up to 40 sections of non-linear error compensation to enhance machining accuracy.
  3. Decimal Digit Options in Inch Mode:You can select either 4 or 5 decimal digits in inch mode. Four digits are suitable for long scale measurements, while five digits provide high precision display.
  4. Communication:Includes EDM-compatible output for integrated control.
