SINO 3 Axis DRO Kit SDS6-3V Digital Readout system with Multifunctional TTL Signal RS232-C Output for lathe

 

The SDS6 digital readout can handle high-frequency A/B signals up to 5 MHz and uses advanced 16-bit SCM technology. It is designed to replace various basic functions across different machines, making it a versatile DRO. It offers faster measurement speeds and a smoother control system. Each axis supports up to 40 points of non-linear compensation to enhance accuracy. Additionally, the SDS6-3VF DRO features an RS232-C output for connecting to PCs or other specialized systems.

Enlarged Calculator Function:
The SDS6 allows users to adjust decimal places to three, four, or five digits, enhancing calculation precision according to the specific needs of the task.

Non-linear Error Compensation:
The system supports up to 40 sections of non-linear error compensation, which significantly improves machining accuracy.

Decimal Digit Selection in Inch Mode:
In inch mode, users can choose between four or five decimal digits. Four digits are suited for long-scale measurements, while five digits are ideal for high-precision displays.
