SINO SDS6-3V Digital Readout System 3 Axis DRO With Linear Encoder Ruler Scale For Lathe Milling Machine

The SDS6 digital readout is capable of handling high-frequency A/B signals up to 5 MHz and incorporates advanced 16-bit SCM technology. It is designed to replace various basic functions across multiple machines, making it a versatile DRO. The system offers faster measurement speeds and smoother control. Each axis supports up to 40 points of non-linear compensation to improve accuracy. Furthermore, the SDS6-3VF DRO includes an RS232-C output, enabling connection to PCs or other specialized systems.

Enlarged Calculator Function:

The SDS6 enables users to adjust the decimal places to three, four, or five digits, allowing for improved calculation precision based on the specific requirements of the task.

Non-linear Error Compensation:

The system supports up to 40 segments of non-linear error compensation, greatly enhancing machining accuracy.

Decimal Digit Selection in Inch Mode:

In inch mode, users can select either four or five decimal places. Four digits are ideal for long-scale measurements, while five digits provide higher precision for detailed displays.

The SDS6 is equipped with an RS232-C output, allowing for easy connection to PCs or other specialized systems.
