Installation, commissioning, training and acceptance

Installation and Commissioning: Upon delivery of the machine tool, our service engineer will visit the customer's facility for installation, commissioning, and on-site training.
Customers can choose to send operators to our company for an initial week-long training session. Subsequently, our team will provide on-site training during the installation and commissioning at the customer's site.
Acceptance: Based on the supplier's ex-factory accuracy inspection table, acceptance involves examining items that can be evaluated at the customer's location. Inspection includes checks for positioning accuracy, spindle taper hole accuracy, and other specified criteria that must meet inspection requirements.
