Sino Ka800 Magnetic Linear Scale Encoder DRO Kit For Milling Lathe Digital Readout System CNC Machine

 

KA800M Magnetic Scale is a linear displacement sensor designed with a theoretical measuring length of up to 100m. With extremely high precision, the magnetic is mainly applied to heavy lathes, as a position measuring device of a lathe. Showing the positions of lathe moving parts through a digital display, facilitates the machining and improves the precision of the machining.

 

KA800MC-5 magnetic scale is mainly suitable for processing and measuring occasions with low and medium precision requirements, such as wood and stone processing * The tape is composed of MB50 tape with 5+5mm pitch and a protective stainless steel tape. It is smoothly pasted on a special aluminum shell with a special protective steel tape for better oil-proof, waterproof, and dustproof protection to improve service life. * The small size sensor just occupies a small space to make the installation to be easier.

 

Precautions

Always follow safety rules and regulations when using the displacement sensor. Do take measures to ensure that the sensor will not bring any danger to the operator or devices like the limit switch and emergency stop switch.

KA800M magnetic scale is a non-contact displacement measurement system, using detection of magnetic signals, which features: - High precision of up to ± 10µm / 300mm or ± 20µm / 1000mm, - Measurement length of up to 3–100m, - Low sensitivity to impact, vibration and contamination (e.g. dirt and petroleum), - ease of maintenance due to high resistance to wear, and - Robustness. Magnetic scale installation recommendations

  1. Use alcohol to remove oil stains on the surface, and finally wipe with a dry cloth.
  2. Paste the magnetic scale tape.
  3. Install protective steel strip.
  4. To ensure good bonding performance, it should be maintained for 48 hours.

Please do not do the following

1. Any mechanical reprocessing (cutting, drilling, surface milling, etc.).

2. Any modification to the Sensor.

3. Any illegal operations.

4. Impact and external pressure.

5. The rubber part of the tape is exposed
