The SDS6-2V is the two-axis variant of the SDS6 series digital readout systems. It maintains the advanced features found in the SDS6 series, such as support for high-frequency A/B signals and 16-bit SCM technology. The SDS6-2V is specifically engineered to deliver precise and efficient measurement and control for machines operating on two axes, making it ideal for a range of precision machining applications.

The SDS6-2V operates on an AC voltage range of 100 to 240V at a frequency of 50 to 60Hz, with a power consumption of 15VA. It functions effectively within an operating temperature range of 0 to 45°C and can be stored in temperatures ranging from -30 to 70°C. The readout is compatible with TTL/RS422 square wave signals, handling frequencies of up to 5 MHz. It offers a maximum digital display resolution of 5 µm (0.005 mm/0.0002") for length measurements, while the minimum resolution for angle display is 0.0001 per pulse.
